documents (paper or electronic or both) for use in litigation support systems so
that they may be reviewed in a disclosure process. Some offer electronic sifting
tools, others offer paralegal services, to help with the capture, relevancy
culling and preparation of these paper and electronic files & documents. Most
will deliver your work into your own litigation support system, some may offer
you their own preferred system, either a full text retrieval system, or a
database backed system.
Some support firms offer a 24 hour round the clock service,
7 days a week. They will aim to respond to any emergency or deadline.
Because Openlaw is sold and priced on a case basis, you do
not need to have your own system nor take the systems offered by a bureau.
Openlaw uses standard Microsoft components and has an open database structure.
We can work with the bureau of your choice.
The names are in alphabetical order. Some, marked in bold,
